No! All you need is an email address to make an order. We recommend you subscribe to stay up to date about our news and hear about our future products before anyone else.
However, you can place your orders and track them as a guest and create an account when you feel like it. Please note that any order placed as a guest will not appear in your order history if you create an account later.
Just click on the “forgot your password?” link on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the email after 15 minutes.
You’re redirected to a payment confirmation page when your payment is accepted. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive an email after 15 minutes. Otherwise, please email our customer service on the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number.
Firstly, check we’ve received your order safely by logging onto your account. You’ll find your order status in your order history. As soon as we ship your order you’ll get an email or text from our logistics partner (La Poste) with a tracking number. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please email customer service on email@example.com stating your order number and tracking number.
Once you have made payment and received your confirmation email, you cannot cancel your order. However, you can return the items after receipt as long as you meet all our returns policy terms. You are responsible for returns fees.
To cancel your order, simply send an email to “.” We can’t add an item to a pre-existing order but feel free to place a new order for any other pieces that you want. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for further information.
Before making a return, please check you meet the following terms:
You received your order within the last 14 days,
Your product is unused and is still in its original condition and packaging.
If the product was delivered with a tag, it must not be removed. If the tag has been removed, the returned item will no longer comply with our returns policy and will not be refunded.
We take the greatest care over the quality of our products. However, if you notice that a product you have ordered is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service stating the reason for the return with a photo as proof to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please provide as much information as possible so we can understand the reason for your return or the fault you’ve found in the product you’re returning.
If customer service confirm the product is faulty, we will send you a free returns voucher and will pay the returns fees. You must print the form and visit your nearest post office. If it is out of stock, we will refund you immediately.
Once we have received your return in accordance with our returns policy, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your package.
You will receive email confirmation stating your refund has been completed. You can view your refund on your bank account or Paypal account within a few days depending on your bank.
